Authentication Process:
Step 1- All luxury items are rigorously inspected by our in-house authenticity specialists.
Step 2 - In case of any doubts, we have also partnered with reputable third-party authentication companies for additional feedback.
Accuracy of Descriptions and Photos: All photos of items are taken in-house to accurately depict their current condition. We will always include a close-up of any wear and tear marks, scratches or discoloration that appears on the product or merchandise. You can virtually get as up close and personal as the photographer’s point of view. We do our best to accurately describe any flaws on all of our listed items. It is the buyer’s responsibility to carefully review ALL merchandise photos, as well as to read through the entire item description and noted conditions of each individual item prior to placing an order. Please note, product and merchandise colors may appear slightly different than the item in person when comparing the merchandise to the photos displayed on the Fashion Scrilla website, this is due to the difference in computer monitor screens and/or cell phone display screens.
Our items are pre owned, not new, (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN EACH INDIVIDUAL LISTING) meaning items may show signs of age including but not limited to normal wear and tear that a new item would not. Please refer to listing photos for specifics on item defects.
Due to the rare nature of our vintage items being so rare, preserved as best as possible from past decades, our vintage items are now one of a kind in this day and age. Due to previously mentioned reasons all items are final sale, they cannot be returned/refunded/exchanged.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase date.

Order Cancellations: Yes, you can cancel your order without penalty if canceled within 1 hour of initial purchase. All cancellations must be received within a 1 hour cancellation window beginning the moment the order is placed which will need to be submitted and requested through email. If your order has already been prepared, we can't cancel your order under any circumstances. Initial shipping fees are NON refundable and will not be refunded.

Due to the rare nature of our vintage items being so rare, preserved as best as possible from past decades, our vintage items are now one of a kind in this day and age. All items are final sale, they cannot be returned/refunded/exchanged. We do not accept returns under any circumstances for merchandise here at Fashion Scrilla. Refunds will not be issued.
PLEASE NOTE: Being as we do not accept returns, IF a buyer opens a chargeback case for any order for any reason, said BUYER will be responsible for ANY and ALL fees incurring and associated, including but not limited to ( all attorney fees for both parties, default fees, banking fees, and any OTHER fees associated) resulting from the charge back. The BUYER is responsible for the original purchase amount in any case. In addition BUYER will be held responsible for any and all fees as decided by Fashion Scrilla entity decides for time and resources used to handle the chargeback case which incurs as a result of your violation of our terms of service by opening a chargeback case. If a buyer opens a Chargeback case for any order, they will be banned from further purchasing, using our website and our services.

Tax: All purchases made in the United States will be charged their respective provincial sales tax rates.
