Shipping policy

Processing Time: Here at Fashion Scrilla we try our very best to offer a first class luxurious experience we sanitize and prepare orders in a timely manner! Orders are processed the same day payment is confirmed by payment verification and other processing systems. Please allow up to 3 business days of payment clearance and for processing your order. 

Fashion Scrilla cannot take responsibility for failed payment approval.

To avoid fraud, Fashion Scrilla will ship only to the address associated with your PayPal or credit card account or other payment methods.

For any enquiry about failed payment approval please email us at Info@FashionScrilla.com . Please be certain to include your name and contact information along with specific order detail in your enquiry so that we may personally assist you.

 

Shipping Days: Depending on the shipping service selected, we ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

Orders received on Weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Once we’ve shipped your order, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can start the countdown!


Shipping Fees: All shipping cost will vary depending on the service selected, the origin destination of your chosen pieces, the weight of the final package as well as the sale value of the order.

Express delivery is available for all destinations and Standard delivery is available in some countries. All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout. 

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. 

Our orders can be delivered by DHL, UPS, or FedEx

Priority Shipping (2-3 days) and Priority (1-2 days) are available by request through email at an additional charge. We do not currently offer International Shipping at checkout, but we may make special arrangements at our discretion.

Shopping for someone special? We can sometimes accommodate special gift wrapping and special note requests! Please note that there may be additional fees associated with special requests and gift wrapping' this service and any fees are at Fashion Scrilla's discretion and may not be available to all orders.

Customs: Fashion Scrilla is not responsible for fees associated with import duties or taxes after a shipment has been made. It is recommended that you are familiar with the cost of customs in your country before purchasing from Fashion Scrilla. You may be charged by customs when your product arrives or when you collect it. These charges are applied after the item is shipped by Fashion Scrilla, and are not associated with your purchase. These charges are not under Fashion Scrilla’s control, please contact your country’s customs office for further inquiries.

Fashion Scrilla cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.

As a registered business, all items sold through Fashion Scrilla are properly labeled and insured up to the full website listed price / sale price on the buyers order invoice. Fashion Scrilla does not mark items below their value or declare orders as gifts.

 

Lost or stolen: Lost or stolen property after we’ve shipped your item are at the fault of the postal service and beyond our limits of responsibility. Once order packages are handed off to the shipping courier, Fashion Scrilla is no longer responsible for the package or its contents.

If in the unfortunate event a package is lost during transit or if the package is stolen at any point during transit to its destination, all responsibility is at fault of the postal service courier. Furthermore, the previous examples are considered beyond Fashion Scrilla limits of responsibility.
