Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Due to the rare nature of our vintage items being so rare, preserved as best as possible from past decades, our vintage items are now one of a kind in this day and age. All items are final sale, they cannot be returned/refunded/exchanged. We do not accept returns under any circumstances for merchandise here at Fashion Scrilla. Refunds will not be issued.

Please Note: Being as we do not accept returns, IF a buyer opens a chargeback case for any order for any reason, said BUYER/ or Account holder will be responsible for ANY and ALL fees incurring and associated, including but not limited to ( all attorney fees for both parties, default fees, banking fees, and any OTHER fees associated) resulting from the charge back. The BUYER is responsible for the original purchase amount in any case. In addition BUYER will be held responsible for any and all fees as decided by Fashion Scrilla entity decides for time and resources used to handle the chargeback case which incurs as a result of your violation of our terms of service by opening a chargeback case. If a buyer opens a Chargeback case for any order, they will be banned from further purchasing, using our website and our services.
